money and half of your stuff still setting on the table at<br />
closing time. Which would you rather? As I said, it’s<br />
your call.<br />
It is important to have as few regrets as possible when<br />
your sale is over. Know in your mind on which items<br />
you are willing to come down, and on which items<br />
you will take no less than the marked price.</p>
